Project steering meeting

Your challenges

When practices vary, progress becomes difficult to steer.

Training creates value when it addresses a clearly identified collective problem.

  1. 01

    Inconsistent practices

Teams use different methods and reference points to deliver their projects.

  2. 02

    Capabilities to strengthen

Needs vary according to roles, experience, and responsibilities.

  3. 03

Progress that is hard to read

Without shared objectives, it becomes difficult to assess learning and priorities.

Collective capabilities

Build shared reference points without erasing individual needs.

The approach connects operational capabilities, recognized frameworks, and your organization's own goals.

  • 01

    Deliver projects more effectively

Strengthen planning, risk anticipation, and decision-making.

  • 02

    Align roles and practices

Create a shared language across project teams, PMOs, and governance functions.

  • 03

    Prepare for recognition

Connect capability development to a relevant certification path.

Engagement formats

Three entry points, depending on your level of maturity.

The right format depends on your context, the teams involved, and the intended outcome. Terms are confirmed after the diagnostic.

01 · Define

Needs diagnostic

Surface the priorities before recommending training or a certification path.

What we define

  • Objectives and target populations
  • Levels, roles, and gaps to address
  • Initial learning-path directions

Scope and terms are confirmed after the first conversation.

02 · Structure

Cohort learning path

Build a shared progression for a team or cohort without overlooking individual needs.

What we define

  • An adapted learning sequence
  • Workshops, cases, and practical scenarios
  • A collective view of progress

Pace, format, and cohort size remain adaptable.

03 · Prepare

Certification preparation

Connect capability development with the requirements of a relevant, recognized certification.

What we define

  • Guidance toward the right path
  • Theoretical and practical preparation
  • Simulations when the system is available

Official exams and their fees are not presented as included by default.

A method built for teams

Understand, practice, then measure.

The same learning thread structures each cohort, with support adapted to its context.

  1. 1

    Theory

Establish the required concepts and frameworks.

  2. 2

    Practice

Apply learning through exercises and concrete scenarios.

  3. 3

    Simulation

Observe readiness and target revision priorities.

Thirteen confirmed paths

Three ecosystems for different roles.

Paths are selected according to responsibilities, experience, and team objectives — never by default.

Measurement and follow-up

Make progress visible without manufacturing precision.

Exercises and simulations help identify what has been understood and where revision should focus during preparation.

During the engagement

  • Exercise and simulation results
  • Individual progress and areas to strengthen
  • A collective view of cohort needs

Your journey with Easy PMO

A progressive engagement before any proposal.

We begin by understanding the context, then define the appropriate level of support.

This sequence presents a collaboration framework. Its timeline is defined with the organization.

  1. 1

    Initial diagnostic

Clarify priorities, audiences, and the current situation.

    Output: needs summary

  2. 2

    Tailored proposal

Define the scope, paths, and terms to be confirmed.

    Output: proposed learning path

  3. 3

    Preparation

Deploy the theory, practice, and simulation progression.

    Output: learning and practice

  4. 4

    Progress review

Review learning and identify the next priorities.

    Output: review and recommendations

A transparent scope

What you can expect — and what we do not overpromise.

Credibility comes from an explicit framework, not unverified client logos or statistics.

  • Project specialization

An offer focused on project management, agility, and IT services.

  • Verifiable scope

Thirteen certifications grouped into three clearly identified ecosystems.

  • Pilot presence in Douala

A clear local presence, without claiming a geographic rollout that has not happened.

  • No artificial outcome guarantee

Preparation and simulations support progress without guaranteeing exam success.

Organization questions

Useful answers before the first conversation.

Terms depend on the path and context. This is the general framework you can rely on.

Can you support a complete team?

Yes. The diagnostic defines the target populations, their current levels, and shared objectives before an adapted cohort path is proposed.

Do you offer in-person and remote formats?

Available formats are confirmed for each engagement. In-person delivery may be considered in Douala and remote delivery according to the path, facilitators, and validated conditions.

Can the path be adapted to our industry?

Yes. Cases, priorities, and formats can be contextualized after the needs analysis while preserving the requirements of the framework being prepared.

How do you select the relevant certification?

The recommendation considers current responsibilities, experience, official prerequisites, and team objectives. No certification is proposed automatically.

Are official exams included?

Not by default. Any voucher or exam-fee inclusion must be explicitly confirmed in the proposal. The relevant bodies remain responsible for exams and certifications.

How is progress observed?

Available exercises, practical scenarios, and simulations help identify learning and revision priorities. The complete B2B dashboard remains a product direction.
